Old road

An old road relegated to walkers, leaves and bobbling tar in the summer. This is beside the current road, Simpson Parkway in Livingston. It's been a road for centuries and got me looking at the National Library of Scotland online map pages where you can compare side by side different maps through the years. Here's one example. Quite interesting, if you like that sort of thing.
