Cone Alone

This cone is not hiding shyly in a back street like the one I blipped last week but proudly standing in the middle of the road for all to see. An exhibitionist or just a bit of a loner?
As you can see, the work on the new tram system is coming on and the site is looking tidier. They are not saying when it will open but it will definitely not be until next year
