Freezing Monday

Today was beautiful sunny day, but cold! I visited occupational health canter and after that went to Rauhaniemi to take some photos. Näsijärvi lake steamed and trees were frosty. It was fabulous sight!

Those winter swimmers are incredible! See the extra photo. There were tens of them and they just walked into that freezing water. I wore my thickest winter gear was was freezing.

In the evening I had Yin Yoga class as usual, it was lovely to relax in that hot yoga studio.
