I Think I'm Goin' Out Of My Head . . . Cilla Black

I thought I would keep the poppy theme going with a macro of the seed head.  
After exercise class I went for lunch with the ladies.  It was delicious but we sat outside and the wind was blustery.  I will have to water the roses this evening.  The combination of wind and sun is very drying.
