Hot then cold

It was hot during the first part of the day, probably around 22degC, then a strong southerly blew through, the temperature dropped and the rain started.  It didn’t worry us too much as I was inside painting most of the day and MrMacD was out in the garden ripping out a box hedge.  He managed to fill two garden bags and take them to the Resource Recovery Park before the rain started.


The beautiful pink rose came with the garden, the orange rose was planted by MrMacD.  Both have a lovely scent.
