and sickness. There is a stomach bug in the nursery, I lasted about 45 mins this morning before it was clear I had to head home. Like everything else here being unwell is complicated. My employer needs a sick note from day 1 to be both sent by email and also by post. Managed to get all of the illness admin sorted out. 

Spoke to an old friend which was lovely.
