absolute clarity

This is supposed to be in the list of guidelines the council issue to roadsign-littering dingbats to use, but they repeatedly still put signs relating to the roadway in the footway and cycle lanes. @edinhelp on Twitter used to be quite helpful about this sort of thing but in order to avoid using it (and to make it easier to get the right council for the location, as with the signs on a bit of the Pencaitland path last week) I've fished out my login for FixMyStreet.
