Morning light

We had a heavy frost, and after a brief, bright start it was a heavily overcast and drearily chilly day. I spent a while in the garden, tidying and picking more cabbages and cauliflower, but I was glad I'd taken more quick morning photos of the light and shadows through the curtain, as the afternoon was hopelessly gloomy.
