Frosty morning.

A very cold bright sunny morning with a frost.
The back garden does not get the sun now on the bottom lawn at all at this time of year.
The frost stays there all day, on very cold days like these.
The end of our120 foot garden does have sun on it all year round, when it shines of course.
We had an electrician arrive at 8:30 am to install a small electric wall mounted panel in the downstairs loo. It is icy cold in there during the winter months and this heater can be programmed to come on at set times, or just switch it on when using the space. It warms up very quickly so we can see how it goes if we decide on the latter choice.
All of which meant it was an early start to the day.
I cancelled my Pilates class this afternoon as my back has been playing up for a couple of days, but is settling down again now.
As our teacher says, if it hurts, don’t do those things which can make it worse!
I’ve been up the garden to take a few photos of the frost. It does make things look beautiful.
I guess now we have the frosty days, and we are about to tip over into December very soon, I can now say that it is early wintertime.
