Only one thing done today and it took all day to do it. Get Gail out of bed, drag boats down the dunes, paddle around, drag the boats back, wash them down, put them back in the shed, peel oneself out of one's wet-suit, bunging smelly clothes in washing machine. Not quite all day. Still time to watch 'Only Connect' and unwind.
