I’m home alone preparing dinner. The boys are rugby training.

I decided against running this evening. I am having a blood test in the morning and don’t have to rush off to work. I can squeeze in a run during daylight - much better for me.

It’s very cold here today, but where my sisters live they have snow. Eek.
