When you're feeling down

It's nice to have friends around.

Think I've got a fibro attack heading my way... Probably from the bike ride, running round the paddock and two hours of physio circuits this week.

In one of those moods when a song on the radio can make you properly sob.

Had to go let Ellie in as she had locked herself out - probably flapping about her maths exam.

Keeping on the theme of spare keys - Took old spare keys up to our old house to give to the new owners (who were really appreciative - NOT).

Was going to have a little treat clothes shop as up that end of town but couldn't be bothered to get out of car so drove to k's instead for a coffee had a lovely girli chat in the sun after she had finished doing grandma's hair.

Followed by a trip to jo's for a spray tan test. She dressed norm the skeleton in my clothes and very kindly gelled my nails hot pink for free a lovely unexpected treat.

Beautiful cousin Sarah sent me some messages and as I drove home the sun came out, top tunes and roof down. I don't know what was wrong but felt like I had had a weight lifted.

It's lovely to have friends.

Went for swift half with husband to lock stock after work.

Definitely a fibro session coming my way.
