Google maps delivered an interesting route from my doctors’ in Glebe to Ultimo. Queen Street runs one block, has a mix of one- and two-storey terraces, a bit of light industry, narrow footpaths and no street plantings. But around half the houses have huge wooden sculptures in their front yards.

Online research revealed a local sculptor and a creative reuse of trees removed by the local council.

Extra: lunch was a bit more abstract.
