Out of date

Rapid antigen tests which have passed their use by date. They can't be recycled.

It must be incredibly difficult to forecast the need for these and other pandemic supplies. Back in April it was reported that NSW Health was seeking ways to recycle or dispose of 12.7 million unused RAT tests.
