EVENING WALK.

Just back from my evening walk. Got a dentist app this morning, another £21 and she thinks if it comes out again I will need a plate. I also had an abscess, so on penicillin. Today I have walked another 7miles. Early night for me. Really loving this frosty weather.  Have made a homemade curry, and it tastes delicious, so something spicy to look forward to.
