Jak's Frost
It truly was a day of two halves. We awoke to a very heavy frost. The flowers that had been hanging on from the summer took quite a beating. But they did look beautiful. Jak thought it was great fun to chase around the garden while I tried to capture the gorgeous frost tipped flowers.
Undeterred by the weather warnings, we set off for Scotney Castle. We almost turned back when snow started to fall and settle but it didn't last and we got quite excited by the beautiful mist surrounding the trees.
By the time we reached Scotney it had gone. It rained from then on. Still we had a good time and managed to get some nice shots so I'm not complaining.
