Christmas lights

The neighbour put his lights up last night.
No blip yesterday as I was absolutely exhausted from the cafe.
Bitterly cold this morning with a heavy frost. My daughter had snow
We went to Kingston this morning and I bought presents for two more people. That might be my shopping done.
Now making cards for the volunteers I work with at the cafe. There is a magnetic book mark on each card for them
Went to the surgery this morning to make them aware that the new glucose monitor I was given will not work if the ambient temperature is below 10 degrees. It got cold yesterday and wouldn't work. They gave me a new monitor which I didn't need as they totally misunderstood what I was saying. Emailed diabetes uk and apparently all monitors will only function between 10-40 degrees. Who knew. Never had a problem before in 20 odd years
