Leftovers

Ever since I read somewhere about a decent(ish) TV chef - no idea who - saving leftover chip shop chips to use in other dishes, I've done the same.

Chip topped shepherds / cottage pie, chip topped fish pie, chip omelette (I might have made that up myself). All are good.
