Walk time - off to Tesco's with D today and glad she pointed out that the sky behind us was better than the one in front so grabbed this shot on the way back - pretty cool really! Although my butt muscles weren't overly happy with the distance! Shame the pain is required along with the benefits of working out - just hoping I see some of the benefits soon!
