Advent begins

I'm a sucker for these more old fashioned Advent calendars and it was fun to assemble this 3-D Christmas village scene today, a traditional "theatre" style calendar from the year 1955 called "The Moonlit Village".  Mr Sk opened the first door on the little pink house - a little Advent candle wreath.
