3259. Christmas Tree

I met my friend for coffee (and second breakfast) this morning then we headed out to do a bit of shopping.  As it was so cold we decided to stop for a further coffee at a venue that moved recently, called the Rose House.  It’s in the building that used to house “Joules” which has a lovely staircase.  This is their Christmas Tree and it looked stunning.  The coffee and cakes were a bit on the expensive side but very nice, not sure we will go there too often though as it’s pricy.

Came home afterwards and had a bit of a break before heading over to our neighbours for a catch up which was lovely.  We are so lucky to have such good neighbours and we spent a good few hours there this afternoon, drinking, eating and chatting!

I have to say that I’m shattered now!
