Imbroglio

I offer the collective noun imbroglio for Canada Goslings.

Something nice about that word, maybe it's the sound, maybe the memories it triggers (its use to describe a good friend's room at university), but mostly the definition some dictionaries give it of "confused heap".

A rather curious family arrangement going on here - a distinct threesome of adults and eight youngsters. Broadly speaking my gut reaction is that that's eight too many - the universe has sufficient Canada Geese, and they don't even score high on cuteness.
