Went to Buttermere for a wander today.  Still very cold and frosty.  There was a hoar frost in the village and I was so very tempted not to go to  Buttermere.   Back home in time for the Plumber to finish off a recent job.  Glad to have it finished.  Went out along the coast road earlier as heard that the Northern Lights are visible tonight but I didn't see them.  Apparently if I'd gone to a village in the opposite direction I would have seen them.  Another in extras.
