Crispy duck

Lots of focus on food today. I took a friend and her husband for an afternoon tea treat at the local farm shop to celebrate his 70th birthday. We went at lunchtime so it didn’t really interfere with the plans that Paul had for our meal for Blackpool week on Strictly - a Chinese takeaway. Very tasty!
