Up the wooden hill to bed.

Now taking vitamin D3 to try and help with the immune system thing (seem to be catching everything going and having trouble shifting it). They are very expensive tablets considering they are sooooo small!
Also been thinking that more sleep might be a way to help avoid the whole feeling run down situation. However that it not so easy to 'fix'. I go to bed at a reasonable time, but just can't seem to switch my brain off. Unlike my other half who's out like a light as soon as his head touches the pillow! I suppose that spending two hours editing wedding pics before bedtime doesn't really help, same I guess as blipping this late at night, the having a browse through everyone's journals...
