Leaving Snow Lake

for the winter... JC and I slipped in on the last day of November until Lucia Nash Preserve reopens in April 1.

Some shots of the lake in extras.  JC spotted the "frozen hands" off the end of the platform.  No mammal or bird sightings this time.

We are counting down the final days before Mr Mole's surgery on Monday, busy with new daily and nightly routines to ward off post-op bacterial infection.   Comments will continue to be scant for the foreseeable future.
