Festival concert

Friday 1st December 2023

A full day of final preparations and the opening of the Christmas Tree Festival this afternoon. We had a good number of people through this afternoon, although it was relatively quiet.

This evening we had the festival concert, with just under 450 people in church, including the ladies choir, school choir, school orchestra and soloists. It was all wonderful but it was 10pm by the time it finished and then we had the clearing up and setting up for tomorrow, which took another hour.

Big day tomorrow.
