Swim first; the EA building was as unobstructed as it gets and in full low sun as I came back along Henderson Row.  

Out again later to look at the paintings at Lyon & Turnbull; they have some very fancy estimates, ten times more for the Samuel Peploe than the Raeburns. Most of them are hideously overframed; lots of gilt and plaster, cracked. Found an attractive autumn flowering clematis for Flower Friday, in extra. Clematis Armandii
