Bristol

Day one of mini break to Bristol with the girls.  We have been doing this for around 15/20 years to various UK cities (but also visited Gibraltar and Paris when friends were living there).  We take it in turn and this year it was J&F’s turn to organise.  I tried not to get frustrated when the pick up time for the station allowed an hour for a twenty minute journey and told myself I was not organising it!!  

We met F on the train at Reading and we had a couple of bottles of wine en route.  Weekends seem to feature a lot of wine stops.  We did a walk exploring the area and it is a buzzy place with lots of eateries.  It was very cold so I was grateful for my new warm coat!
