Persistent rose

Roses still fresh on the garage wall.  I am sure it is the freezing weather that is preserving them!  The frost is not severe enough yet to kill the flowers off.  A December rose!

Supper with T and K down in the valley where it was -5C but the temperature when I arrived home on the top of the hill was only -1C.  Always thought they lived in a frost pocket!
