Leader

The Port Of London Authority pilot cutter, Leader, heading back to its base at Gravesend's Royal Terrace Pier, after taking a Pilot either to or from a cargo ship heading up the River Thames. According to its website, the PLA has 2 pilot cutters, Patrol and Guide, so I'm  not sure if Leader is permanent. The PLA manages river traffic on the Thames and has its HQ in Gravesend.
A very cold (0 degree according to my 'phone) and grey day, indeed.
