form an orderly queue....

We've had thick fog for most of the day today - it's slowly lifting now at 3pm - but that's made for a very eerie and cold day!  Not ventured out at all despite thinking about it, so have made do with catching up on housework and sorting through some presents to see what, if anything, still needs buying!

so watching the birds has been entertaining as the cold weather has seen an influx of activity! Lost count of the starlings, sparrows, wood pigeons, collared doves and blue tits we've had stop by, along with a lovely blackcap and dunnock.

Also took delivery of some bare root roses - I ordered 2 and 4 have turned up! Will have to get in touch with them on Monday to let them know of the mix up!
