I had wonderful views of a kingfisher this afternoon. I watched it fish in the distance and gradually it came closer. Then it landed pretty much next to me! It was about 2m away.

What a stunningly beautiful day it has been. A heavy frost made everything sparkle and shine. I had a lovely walk & found grousey on a wall as I drove home.
