Christmas fun

It was a very cold morning and we were well dressed up as we walked ur oldest grandson to his pre nursery school. It's the first time I have been with him so was good to do. After this we returned home to warm up and for our youngest grandson to have some playtime before his first nap.

Once he was awake he was fed and we headed our to a nearby village for his sensory class. It was fun watching all the babies experiencing various songs with music and light as well as brightly coloured materials. There was a Christmas theme with them making a Christmas pudding, putting on elf hats and wrapping presents with brightly coloured materials. The highlight was when the lights were turned down and various patterns were projected on the walls and ceiling to music and then the lady in charge walked amongst them with a thin material cloak with lights on it waving it slowly around, she was the tree fairy. After this we went for lunch in a nearby pub and Leo had a short nap.

By now the sun was very bright a glorious sunny clear day but cold. We quickly returned home and walked to the school pick up his brother. He had enjoyed his day. They had tea, baths and were being put to bed when my daughters school friend and his partner turned up. They were also staying the night so we had an enjoyable meal and drinks later on.

A very full enjoyable day.
