Wintery

The giant tree which dominates the garden centre looked very wintery and spectacular this morning. We had a little sprinkling of snow but the car wasn’t iced over as bad this morning. It was still minus 4 when we got to work at 10 o’clock.
Thankfully it was quite a busy day and the hours passed quickly.
Dropped into B&M on the way home, the gift cards by the till made me laugh, the wording on them said ‘ I only came in for one thing’, so true!!
Quick drink in the pub. Our local is a proper drinkers pub, no food apart from pork scratchings and crisps. It has a lovely, warm atmosphere and we could have stopped longer but strictly and dinner was calling us!!
