Philippine Roast
Steaming hot and fresh from the coals, this is truly one of the best lechons (Philippine roast pig) I have had. The aroma of the herbs used to stuff it wafted thru the salty sea air teasing passersby to get a kilo or two and bite into the bubbly crisp skin.
