...of the sky

before it turned - into a dark, stormy, thundering place - opening itself to pour forth huge raindrops upon me - as i raced to get a picture - bracing myself against the onslaught of stinging water - yet, no complaints from me - as i know what relief it brings to a dry land - crying out for hope, help and sustenance at a time like this...

but i managed to get just a few shots - of the still lit sky - using it as a backdrop to offset the brilliant blue violet combination - of this lovely blossom - such fun to play with - knowing they'll always provide for...
