Ceridwensian Bean Salad

Blackeye peas, solid white tuna, tomato, red pearl onions, garlic scape, cucumber, romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, oil, vinegar.

I must have done it right, although I improvised a bit. It's delicious. I rarely make anything like this kind of salad.

Guess whose suggestions I was following.
