Front garden

Mowing makes 100% difference. The grass is bolting into the flower beds so I started working on them today. The roses have finished their first flush and it looks a bit tired but the rain has helped. 

I walked up to the library and art gallery this morning as our son in law had some paintings in an exhibition. When I arrived he was there picking one up, the other had been sold. If I had been 5 minutes later I would have missed him.

 I returned a book and saw some boxes of RAT tests to give away. There  are a lot that have use by dates coming up so they may as well get rid of them if anyone needs them. 

Quiet weekend here. Lovely weather in the low 20s.
