I Was Baking....!!

I just love the first batch of Mince Pies...!!
They are I think definitely my favorite Christmas bakes..
Particularly since I’ve discovered this recipe with the Frangipane topping...much preferred as I don’t like too much pastry...
There was also an Apricot Frangipane Tart made ...(not everyone likes mince pies)....!..although I don’t know why...:))))
