Driving Home

A long lie today after a fine dancing session last night in the St Magnus Centre.  I went to see my Mum, she’s gradually improving.  She is looking forward to her Christmas party which will be on Wednesday evening.  When I arrived back home the previously missing flooers turned up via the PO.  By mid-afternoon I was getting hyper, so I soothed myself by listening to Ralph Towner.  He was ably supported by Wolfgang Muthspiel and Slava Grigoryan.  Recorded in the Auditorio Radiotelevisione svizzera , Lugano.  August 2012.  It must have been tormenting in the studio with that foosty duffel bag of post-tour washing in the corner.  But they obviously got through it.
