Unsure Future

A sad sight from a cafe window in Cambridge today...an unplanned and rather unsuccessful Christmas shopping trip to help out stepdaughter.

F and I remembered this being Habitat and when our beloved Wilko closed, this one was said to be on the Poundland list...that in itself seemed strange as Poundland is next door already and I doubt they'd be able to afford double the space in the city! 

Maybe another rumour is true and The Range will re-open it. Whatever the case, as I said to J, it's sad to see so many shops closed.
