I wish I could remember the name of the instrument

I took this blip a couple of weeks ago. The musician is playing a traditional Chinese instrument and the small board that the bystander is peering at gives background information about it. I did read the board  but can't remember the name of the stringed instrument (I should have taken a photo of the board). I'd be grateful if anyone recognises it.
