Javelin (Sportshall Athletics)

Up and out at Sportshall in Blackpool for 930. Ran the vertical jump all morning with help from a couple of teenagers. Then we did Target throws which basically involved lots of kids chucking bean bags at targets on the floor and lots of adults running around picking them up. Finished about 2. Passed a car in a hedge near home and thought it must be icy. Turns out they were 3x over the limit-scary. Took a short walk to get some fresh air but must admit I’m a bit tired.
