Cold

Last night in the hotel and time to go home.  The train was packed and I had a sense of humour failure at the thought of standing all the way to Paddington.  However most people got off at Bath Spa as the weekend saw the start of the Christmas market - phew!  Too much chat about which train line to take back to Kent but it worked out ok in the end.

Arrived home and OH had picked up No.1 and was pleased to have her home for a few days.  We visited the Christmas market at Yalding and it was lovely and festive and we timed it right to also enjoy a few carols in the church.  Home for late dinner (on our laps) with the fire alight.
