It lives and breathes

I was in the vicinity, so decided to stop by and see how my "agony" tree was doing.
As you can see, not only has it survived the massacre, it is beginning to leaf and flower. It is a multi-color shower tree! Yippee!
Compare this shot to May 24th - it's doing well. Little bit different angle, but had to work around parked cars.
