swollen waterfall

just been accepted as a probationary member of the local mountain rescue team, which is really great but i got it into my head that i wasn't fit enough. So today i went on a monster walk just to see. done alright i think, over 15miles and i'm still standing, painfully, but still standing! while i was out i came across this normally sedate waterfall, but with the heavy rain recently is was raging down.
