Deck the Halls

Summerhall Christmas Fair was full of fabulous creative stalls. Sadly, none were offering the kinds of gifts I need to complete my 'nice' list. Still, I couldn't resist a few items for myself.

I walked home as the fog started to roll in, and the air became bitter. So many trees up in people's houses already. I just can't do it yet.

A day to start tackling a Japanese stitching project. I love winter for making me stay in and be more creative. I Google translated the instructions. Apparently, I have to leave some stitching for 3 days before I overlap them or backstich them. This could take years between the stitch standoffs!

I may risk ignoring these instructions.
