Frustrating

Up nice and early.  Needed to get a few things done.

A bit of a frustrating morning, as a vacancy that I thought I was going to be able to recruit for, got removed from my budget.  Very frustrating.  It will mean we will probably end up losing a good person from the business, who is unhappy in their current role.

Popped to Neath to have a long overdue haircut.
