Tauhou (Silvereye)

This morning there were a few birds feeding in the flax outside my classroom window.  I got my camera out of the car after school and sat back at my desk.  Fortunately this little guy came back.  

His yellow head (from shoving his head so far into pollen laden flax flowers) made it look like he's masquerading as a parrot!

I reckon this qualifies for Tiny Tuesday because these birds are tiny - only half a handful.
